Preview Three Views is a collaborative exhibition celebrating the eclectic nature of the Usurp Gallery Support team.
Natalie Leer, Aoife Twomey and Julie London are three emerging artists in Harrow, who have come together through a passion for community arts. Their premier exhibition is coinciding with National Volunteer Week, with free events throughout.
June 2nd: Launch night, 18.30-21.30
Following on from our event Breaks Beer and Shakespeare, DJs all the way from France BeK and WhiteRatBeat will be bending your ears with broken beats, along with performance poetry and a video projection by the fantastic Atomic Lip founder Steve Tasane and also coming all the way from France we have the wonderful saxophonist Lora
June 4th: Open Mouths, 18.00-20.00
An open mic spoken word event for professional poets and local poetry-hobbyists. Sign up to read at 18.00, we start at 18.30. Feel free to bring food, some words and an open mouth.
June 5th, Shop Bought, Custom Made, 13.00-15.00
Shop Bought, Custom Made is an ongoing collaborative work by the artists. A mannequin is the centrepiece of the exhibition and will be painted, customised, taken apart, and put together again. See a reworking live with music.
