Harrow Restart Party at Usurp with Rubbish Diet!
Do you have problems with a small electronic or electrical device, and you want to learn how to repair it? Want to be able to fix zips and problems with your clothes instead of throwing them away? Have a bike that could be used if you knew what was wrong with it? Come along to Harrow’s first ever Restart Party at the Usurp Art Gallery in collaboration with Rubbish Diet, to repair or to help others learn how to repair. Take back control of your stuff, never feel victim to obsolescence again. Please arrive before 1pm so that we can make sure there is time for us to fit your fix in.
We will help you learn how to fix all kinds of things, starting with troubleshooting, advising on spare parts if necessary and more.
Restart Parties are a collaborative learning process, not a “free repair” and is run entirely by volunteers. We also look for new volunteer repairers to join us so please get in contact with Sarah Kersey if you are interested or want to know more kerseysarah@googlemail.com
